Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to voluntary donations made through the Jeevaashramam website.

1. Nature of Donations

Donations made to Jeevaashramam are voluntary contributions intended to support temple development, nature conservation, habitat protection, and related activities of Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy Devasthana Committee Jeevaashramam.

A donation is not a purchase of goods or services. Donors should carefully review the donation amount and payment details before completing a payment.

2. Cancellation of Donations

Once a donation has been successfully completed, it generally cannot be cancelled or withdrawn by the donor.

3. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. We do not ordinarily provide refunds for a voluntary donation after the payment has been successfully completed.

4. Failed, Pending, or Unsuccessful Payments

If a payment fails or remains pending but the donor's bank account has been debited, the transaction may require reconciliation between the payment gateway, bank, and our records.

Donors should contact us with the transaction reference and payment details so that the transaction can be checked. Any applicable reversal or refund will be handled according to the payment gateway and banking process.

5. Duplicate Payments

If the same donation is accidentally paid more than once, please contact us as soon as possible with the relevant transaction references. We will verify the duplicate transaction and, where appropriate, process the necessary correction or refund.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved following review, it will normally be initiated through the applicable payment channel. The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the donor's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other financial institution involved.

7. How to Request a Review

To request a review of a donation transaction, please provide the following information:

• Donor name
• Registered email address or mobile number, if available
• Donation amount
• Date of transaction
• Payment or transaction reference
• A brief description of the issue

8. Payment Gateway

Online donations may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service provider displayed on the website. Payment processing is subject to the applicable procedures and terms of the respective payment service provider.
